Pre-employment psychological evaluations.
After a candidate receives a Conditional Offer of Employment, some employers require a psychological evaluation in order to assess the potential employee’s ability to perform the essential functions of the position. At PsychExperts & Associates, Inc., we provide standardized testing and a clinical interview, followed by a timely report that clearly identifies the candidate’s strengths, personality traits, and any potential concerns for future employment.
Fitness-for-duty evaluations.
Typically, Fitness for Duty Evaluations are conducted when a work-related incident, or a traumatic event, has the potential to affect an employee’s ability to function appropriately on the job. Our licensed psychologists will conduct an evaluation of the individual and provide the referral source with specific concerns, recommendations regarding their return to work, and any needs for psychological treatment.
